Thanks to the initiative of SOK Smart Offices, it has become possible to rent a site at the Moscow-City International Business Center (MIBC) from the Federation Tower , located at 12 Presnenskaya Embankment.
Thanks to SOK, it's now possible to lease a space on the third floor of the Moscow-City Federation. Previously, this area was reserved for a single tenant, OZON . Since 2020, several teams, including Ozon Logistics, Ozon Express, and others, have been operating in this area. Currently, only the fourth floor is reserved for them.
The designated space occupies two adjacent floors of the Federation Building—the third and fourth. Its total area is 1,780.5 square meters. The area available for lease accommodates over 190 workstations. While here, residents will have access to a comfortable lounge area. Several telephone booths and meeting rooms are also available.
It is worth clarifying – on SOK City has a reputation as the first green area in the Russian Federation and the CIS eco-coworking space that has achieved LEED certification and a high GOLD level.
