We invite you to participate in the main real estate event of next spring – the Sochi All-Russian Housing Congress.
The Sochi Congress will take place from April 17 to 21 at two venues: the Radisson Blu Resort & Congress Centre and the Imeretinsky Complex.
The event will traditionally be attended by approximately 5,000 professionals.
Hundreds of business, cultural, and entertainment events will take place, with over 650 experts speaking.
We are already preparing a truly comprehensive and relevant business program for you. The Congress's sessions will cover the most important aspects of working in residential and commercial real estate, as well as new construction projects. You will learn crisis negotiation and personnel management techniques, and understand how to work effectively in a changing environment. Master classes and training sessions will be held by leading real estate practitioners and experts.
The headliner of the Sochi Congress will be Maxim Batyrev, a renowned Russian manager and business coach, winner of the "Commercial Director of the Year," "Manager of the Year," "Business Author of the Year," and "Business Speaker of the Year" awards, and best-selling author. Special guests of the Congress will be Igor Ryzov, Russia's leading negotiation expert, and Natalia Glebova, Managing Director of Ajax Real Estate Agency.

As per tradition, the Sochi Congress will announce the results of the National Real Estate Market Expert Award. The event will take place on April 19 at Sochi's premier banquet restaurant, the Georgievsky Hall.
