A respectable third place went to an apartment on Leontyevsky Lane (Presnensky District). It's located in a five-story mansion and measures 80 square meters. The monthly rent is 200,000 rubles.
It's worth noting that the minimum monthly rent for a two-bedroom apartment in Moscow as of December was 24,000 rubles.
