Construction has begun on a new residential high-rise building , "Dau House, " in the Moscow City district. The project is estimated to cost 40 billion rubles, according to Anastasia Pyatova, head of the Moscow City Committee for the Implementation of Investment Projects in Construction and Control over Shared Construction. The future architectural landmark is located in the Presnensky District, 1st Krasnogvardeisky Proezd, plot 14/15.
The project's key investor is the firm "Summa Elements." Upon completion, the complex will house 143,000 square meters of residential space, including approximately 700 residential units and 4,000 square meters of space for business and social needs. Project financing is being provided through Sberbank, with investment support provided by Capital Group.
Ten billion rubles have already been invested in the Dau House project. Preparatory work is underway, including foundation reinforcement and site preparation.
The complex consists of two main parts: a stylobate and a residential tower. The lower part will house various services, from childcare facilities to restaurants. Once completed, it is expected to create approximately 250 jobs.
A park area with recreation areas and sports grounds is planned for the upper platform of the stylobate. Georgy Pliev, a representative of Summa Elements Group, emphasized the innovative nature of the project and its importance for the development of Moscow City as a residential space.
An additional feature is that the project's name evokes the scientific legacy of Academician Lev Landau. Upon completion, the 340-meter-tall "Dau House" will dominate the capital's cityscape.
As a side note, thanks to the efforts of Vladimir Putin and Sergei Sobyanin, Bagration Avenue was recently opened, connecting the business center with the city's main transport arteries.
