STONE (Stonehenge), a development group, through its subsidiary KS-Pro, which holds a 30% stake in the parent company, has begun engineering and surveying work on a site located at 32 and 32A Shmitovsky Proezd, Moscow. The site covers approximately 2.4 hectares and is part of a comprehensive development zone (CDZ).
The project envisions the construction of a large public and business complex with a total area of approximately 200,000 square meters. The site currently houses the Atmosphere concert hall and a garage cooperative.
The entry of a developer of this scale into the Moscow International Business Center (MIBC, "Moscow-City") location seems logical: it will expand the company's asset footprint in the capital's key business district. Considering urban planning requirements and the trend toward vertical development in the city center, it can be assumed that the new complex will become an architectural landmark—a noticeable landmark in the city.
In the context of the future large-scale "Big City" project, including the "City-2" and "City-North" directions, this facility could become a significant element of the emerging metropolis skyline, enhancing the prestige and volume of business space in the district.
