In May 2025, the company presented conceptual renderings: two towers of different heights (approximately 83 and 97 floors), designed by APEX architectural firm. The renderings show a gallery-like transition at altitude and pronounced evening illumination of the facades. The timeline and configuration may be adjusted based on approvals and market conditions.
Note on naming. In the developer's brand line, the object is written as one word with a period - "Country.City" (similar to "Strana.Ozernaya", "Country.Zarechnaya"). For the media, the version without a period is acceptable — "Country City," but when citing the original source, the form with a period is correct.
