A new, large-scale construction phase is slated for the Moscow City business center. Drilling has begun on a site owned by MR Group for the second phase of the iCity complex , which promises to be another skyscraper in the capital's renowned high-rise cluster.
According to plans, MR Group intends to build a hotel and business complex with a total area of 125,278 square meters and a maximum building height of 300 meters. The project has been given the working title "iCity 2," and a new rendering of the project has already appeared on the website of the real estate agency A/V Invest Group. It is not yet clear whether this architecture will be implemented in the final version and how current the images are, but they provide a general idea of the possible appearance of the future skyscraper.
Earlier, it was also reported that MR Group had received a land use plan for iCity 2. If the project receives further approval and construction continues at the current pace, several new high-tech facilities could join Moscow City, further expanding its scale and visually transforming the urban landscape.
The new skyscraper and other planned developments could transform Moscow City into a major business development center, comparable to the world's largest financial clusters.

Any questions or comments?
Wonderful project. If they build a third tower as part of I-City... It will rightfully receive the title of a symbol of the business district of Moscow (Big City). By the way, yes. Don't confuse. This is a big city project, not Moscow-City. For me, its advantages are as follows: a dynamic facade, a luminous cap, a natural stylobate. I hope this is the project that will be built and not another one.
Site administrators response:
On behalf of the Moscow-City portal, we thank you for your interest in the iCity 2 project and such a detailed analysis of its prospects. You are absolutely right, iCity 2 is indeed part of the large-scale Big City project, which expands the boundaries of the Moscow business cluster, but at the same time remains an integral part of the overall concept for the development of the district. We are also impressed by the proposed design: the dynamic façade, the luminous cap and the natural stylobate really make this project stand out from other buildings, adding a unique touch to the architectural ensemble. We fully share your hopes for the implementation of this particular concept, as the proposed visualizations highlight the innovativeness and ambition of the MR Group approach. Follow the news on our portal - we will definitely keep you informed about the progress of construction and any changes in the project. Thank you for your comment and active participation in the discussion of the future of Moscow-City!
