Knight Frank Russia has released information about the official name of the structure allocated for construction on plot 15 of the Moscow City development. This grand 62-story building is now known as Moscow Towers.
The skyscraper consists of two towers on a 283-meter-high stylobate. Moscow Towers features not only traditional floors—in addition to the 62 upper floors, there are also six underground floors. The project manager is German architect Werner Sobek, representing the international firm Werner Sobek.
According to Knight Frank Russia, the high-rise building will be commissioned very soon. Remaining work is still underway on the site. The skyscraper's official name has already been registered, with Rospatent issuing Certificate No. 859196.
The towers have an area of 400,000 m² and house several zones:

office (256,000 m²);

retail (15,000 m²);

apartments (19,000 m²).
Moscow Towers will feature a parking lot with 1,242 spaces, restaurants, and a congress hall.
The multifunctional complex's office space is currently in negotiations with future tenants. A Knight Frank Russia representative announced the imminent launch of apartment sales. According to him, space of 1,800-9,000 square meters will be available for rent on a single floor, allowing for comfortable accommodation of large companies.

Floors 58-61 – 210 apartments;

The 55th floor is a club space, including spa areas, fitness rooms, etc.;

62nd floor – 14 penthouses, including all types (two-level, with a second light).
The silhouette of the 62-story multifunctional complex forms a distinctive figure, evoking a distinct association with the letter "M." The towers, connecting the walkways, create a lobby over 20 meters high. It features all the necessary amenities for relaxation, manicured winter gardens, and magnificent views of the capital.
The skyscraper will have several exits leading to the underground section of Moscow City and the Afimall shopping center . A modern exit ramp will also be available, leading to 1st Krasnogvardeisky Proezd.
