FESCO Transportation Group needed a new office quickly. The company was tasked with finding a ready-to-use space not only in a prime location but also in a high-quality building.
The Imperia business complex, a 60-story Class A building with a total height of 238.7 meters, was constructed using monolithic technology and advanced engineering solutions as part of the Moscow-City project. As a result, FESCO Group became the tenant of a 2,777 sq. m office located on the 7th floor of the Imperia multifunctional complex. The company signed a long-term lease, and the well-known international consulting firm Colliers International acted as the transaction consultant.
It's worth noting that half of the Imperia business center's space is allocated to Class A offices, namely 121,500 square meters. These occupy floors 4–41. The total floor area of the building is just over 203,000 square meters. Apartments, however, occupy a much smaller area (45,400 square meters) and are located on the building's upper floors, i.e., floors 43–59. The ground and basement floors of the Imperia complex are reserved for a shopping gallery and parking, and underground passages allow quick access from Imperia to Gorod Stolits, the Afimall shopping center, or any MIBC metro station.
