Summa Group's press service announced that the multifunctional center "EULER" will be built next to Bolshoi City . The project will represent a premium class of commercial real estate. It is planned as a 13-story building with both public and private spaces. The total area of the building will be 22,461 square meters.
It is known that Dom.RF Bank allocated 2.9 billion rubles for the implementation of this project. Euler will be located near the Fili and Shelepikha stations.
When selecting a suitable site for the center, the high demand for available business space was taken into account. The Moscow-City International Business Center is located nearby. A direct access road to the Third Ring Road will provide connections to several business districts:
-
Leningrad;
-
Belarusian.
Summa founder G. Pliev comments: "Our organization creates premium projects with a well-thought-out concept and cutting-edge trends. We strive to offer a truly in-demand product."
A. Avdokushina, Vice President of Dom.RF, explains: "The reason we're supporting this new project is the insufficient supply of prime office space. Our financing is ensuring the formation of a loan portfolio that includes properties for various purposes."
According to information received from WeWall Executive Director E. Tamoshin, EILER is considered a worthy competitor to leading projects. It promises to be attractive to investors due to its prestigious location and accessibility by various modes of transportation. Its popularity is also driven by the current shortage of high-quality options.
E. Tamoshin clarified that the EILERA office block will be available with space starting at 31 square meters. The price per square meter will start at 360,000 rubles.
Previously, there were reports of another business center being built in the capital on Butyrskaya Street. The project is designed in a spiral shape and will cover 18,900 square meters.
Leading Moscow architect S. Kuznetsov shared some interesting details about the future building:
-
When finishing the business center, it is planned to use a structural glazing system, which will allow for the emphasis on the slope towards atypical outlines;
-
The spiral outlines will help to increase the floor area and improve some aspects.
The illuminated consoles will highlight the stepped rhythm of the facades, creating an impressive effect of "floating" floors at night.
