The City Tower is the tallest of the three, reaching 338 meters. The second tallest, Park, is 280 meters, and River is 215 meters. The complex offers over 1,000 apartments of various sizes and layouts, offering comfortable living to its residents.
The architectural design of the Capital Towers residential complex was developed by the international architectural firm Foster + Partners, and construction was carried out by Renaissance Construction. The project utilizes cutting-edge technologies and materials that meet environmental and energy-efficient standards.
The complex features modern infrastructure, including a shopping center, a kindergarten, a sports complex, and a 3,500-space parking lot. Metro and public transportation stations are also located in close proximity, providing convenient connections to the city center and other areas of Moscow.
