The Kamushki neighborhood is already undergoing significant changes, and soon it will be completely unrecognizable – another block of skyscrapers will rise in its place.
According to the plan, the height of its dominant feature will be 470 m, which is almost 25% higher than the Federation Tower .
This project promises to double the area of Moscow-City . However, its concept will differ from the austere business center. It calls for a true replica of the Patriarch's Ponds to be created in the center of the new skyscraper district. There are even plans to build its own "Pavilion." Externally, it will resemble a glass cube, but what will be housed inside is currently being kept under wraps. It may also house a restaurant.
The pond's shore will be concreted and equipped with stairs for descending and relaxing by the water. One of the slopes will be entirely dedicated to an amphitheater. Beautiful greenery and walking paths are planned around the pond's perimeter. Thus, it will still be slightly different from Patriarch's Ponds.

As for the buildings themselves, just like in Moscow City, they will be glass and concrete skyscrapers. However, the architects decided to bring them a bit closer to nature: some towers will be adorned with vertical landscaping, while others will have special recesses in their facades, planted with trees and ornamental shrubs. As a result, the skyscrapers will transform from lifeless, albeit beautiful, boxes into veritable gardens, detached from the earth.
But landscaping doesn't solve the problem of high building density. As a result, the towers will partially overlook each other, as in the City. Muscovites who have seen the project are perplexed by this decision. The purpose of the towers is still unknown. But judging by the rendering, it's likely that, as is traditional, some of their space will be allocated to apartments and some to offices.
