Project leaders announced plans to improve the "Dau House," located in the heart of the Moscow-City business district. The design was created by the GAFA Architects team in collaboration with Kinetic Levi, according to Sergei Kuznetsov, Acting Chief Architect of Moscow.
Construction is well underway in central Moscow at 1st Krasnogvardeisky Proezd, plot 14/15. Key features include a meditation garden, mobile sculptures, and a family entertainment area.
Among the other Moscow City buildings, this facility will stand out for its innovative architecture. Its landscaping, featuring artistic elements and diverse functional areas, is designed to enliven the surrounding space and add additional charm to the main building. Kuznetsov also mentioned the layout of a small plaza, a main shelter, various gardens, and sports fields with interactive activities.
The area adjacent to the building will feature a small plaza with a key artificial feature surrounded by ornamental plants. Adjacent to the plaza will be recreation areas with panoramic views of the art and indoor book sharing spaces.
The meditation garden will be adorned with dense coniferous shrubs, creating a secluded space year-round. Pedestrian paths will be constructed of granite, with decorative stones and cobblestones placed nearby. A proposal is also underway for the garden to feature kinetic sculptures, stimulating thought and physical activity.
Kuznetsov added that the complex's infrastructure will include a children's entertainment center, offices, shops, restaurants, and spas. A park with play and sports areas is planned for the top of the building.
The outdoor workout zone will feature a variety of modern, uniquely designed exercise equipment for comprehensive body workouts. Mobile apps with instructions and training videos will be available. Separate areas for yoga, Pilates, and stretching will also be created.
Children's play areas will be located near the mirrored art bridge. They will feature slides and climbing areas. Interactive quests and plaques displaying the wisdom of great scientists are also planned.
Grigorios Gavalidis, head of GAFA Architects, emphasized that the goal of the "Dau Houses" project is to create a cozy and functional space within a limited area. It's a place where everyone can find something to do, whether it's a stroll, relaxation, or active play.
Georgy Pliev, founder of the Summa Elements Group, confirmed that the new development allows residents to enjoy nature and the city's beauty while taking a break from the bustle of the city.
Finally, it's worth mentioning that the 85-story residential building, "Dom Dau," is being constructed by Summa Elements. The architectural design was completed by the SPICH bureau. This unique project combines cutting-edge construction and architectural design technologies. The landscaping concept was developed with an emphasis on comfort, functionality, and the integration of art into the daily lives of residents.
Particular attention is paid to green spaces and landscaping. Many of these areas are designed for relaxation and meditation, providing residents with a place to unwind and recharge after a busy day.
The upper floors of the Dau House are planned to feature observation decks offering stunning views of the cityscape. These spaces will be ideal for evening events and corporate functions.
Several play and educational areas will be created for children, where they can develop their skills and learn new things in an interactive way.
The main building of the complex will be connected to the parking space and commercial area, providing convenience and accessibility for all residents and visitors.
In conclusion, the "Dau House" promises to be a shining example of how modern construction and an innovative approach to urban development can transform urban spaces, making them more vibrant, comfortable, and functional.
