An unusual library will open at the Moscow-City International Business Center. It will be located in the Federation Tower , at the highest point. According to A. Kibovsky, head of the Moscow Department of Culture, who participated in a TASS press conference, this event is dedicated to the "BiblioNight 2022" campaign.
The head of the department shared some interesting details: "The library will be located at an impressive height. The opening will take place in honor of the annual all-Russian event 'Biblionight.' The library will occupy the 89th floor of the Federation Building. It will be located at a height of 374 meters, breaking all world records. Visitors will be able to enjoy a magnificent 360-degree panorama and virtually all of Moscow. This institution will be truly unique!"
Other important events will also be held in honor of the "BiblioNight" campaign. For example, five renovated libraries will reopen in the capital.
A. Kibovsky clarified: "The renovated libraries will open to residents of Zelenograd and several Moscow districts. The Biblionight program includes a wide range of engaging events, including exciting tours, interesting exhibitions, and memorable gatherings. These vibrant events will take place throughout Moscow. The program is available on mos.ru for your viewing pleasure."
The annual "BiblioNight" event will take place in the Russian capital on May 28-29. On these dates, libraries will open at 6:00 PM and remain open until 2:00 AM.
