New traffic rules were introduced in Moscow City on October 22.
Through access to some towers has become inaccessible.
There are 12 short-term stop zones “Kiss & Ride” with 72 seats for quick passenger disembarkation right next to the entrances to the towers.
Several pedestrian zones have appeared along the most popular routes.
Almost all parking is now underground.
For taxi users, 15 parking lots with 79 spaces have been established. Taxi pickup areas are designated by designated zones near each tower. Taxi drivers will now be able to easily find passengers.
These changes will allow for a more equitable distribution of space within the City and make it as convenient as possible for everyone.

Boarding in the kiss&ride zone is paid!! 600 RUR. Is this legal? There was an entry and exit with a passenger on 26.04, which took 1 minute. For what?? Post information about this on all sites so that people know.
