The Dixy chain of stores has expanded with another outlet, but in a completely different format. It opened on Level 1 of the Mercury Tower .
The Dixie Go store isn't particularly large, but unlike traditional stores, it has no sales staff, and its primary focus is takeaway food and beverage sales. Customers pay for all necessary items at self-service checkouts, which are located both in the retail area and at the store's exit.
Although Dixie Go doesn't have sales staff, it's not yet possible to completely eliminate the need for staff. Employees are tasked with maintaining order in the store, promptly replenishing shelves with new products, and loading fresh fruit into the juice vending machines. According to chain representatives, the store is equipped with modern equipment from leading manufacturers, helping to create a shopping-inspiring environment.
The new Dixie Go store in the Mercury Tower is open 24/7. This means Moscow City residents and visitors can purchase everything they need at any time, including fresh groceries and essentials, as well as prepared meals and beverages.
