VEB.RF Asset Management is actively seeking a contractor to provide legal support for the purchase and subsequent sale of the Moscow Towers multi-purpose office complex, located in the Moscow-City business center.
According to tender documents, two major Russian banks will provide a loan to a closed-end mutual investment fund managed by VEB.RF to finance this transaction. The loan will be covered by proceeds from the sale and guaranteed by one of Russia's leading state-owned corporations.
The Moscow Towers project is a skyscraper currently under construction on plot 15 of the Moscow-City International Business Center. It consists of two connected towers with a combined height of 283 meters. The complex's total area reaches 400,000 square meters, including 334,000 square meters of ground floor space. It will house office space, apartments, retail areas, restaurants, a modern convention center, and a 1,242-space parking lot.
The international studio Werner Sobek is responsible for the architectural concept and design of the project.
The tower's owner is currently unknown. In 2011, the project was acquired by the Kyivskaya Ploshchad company, owned by God Nisanov and Zarakh Iliev, but the current owner may be relatives of the renowned billionaire Arkady Rotenberg.
