By 2030, the capital's Moscow-City business district will be graced by a grand new project: a 400-meter-tall business center from Gals-Development. This skyscraper will become the tallest office building in Moscow and provide jobs for over 17,500 people, promising to become a new landmark of the capital's architecture.
Architectural concept: a new look at Suprematism
The skyscraper's concept was developed by Sergei Tchoban, co-founder of the SPICH architectural bureau. The project is inspired by the Suprematist architecture of Kazimir Malevich, reflected in the use of clear lines and minimalist geometric forms. The skyscraper's facades will be constructed of architectural glass with metal slats and equipped with LED lighting, creating a dramatic light pattern in the evenings. One of the building's key features will be panoramic elevator shafts, creating a spectacular "light waterfall."

The building will be accessible from all four sides, and an underground passage will connect it to the Vystavochnaya and Delovoy Tsentr metro stations, ensuring convenient access for all visitors and employees.
