By 2030, the capital's Moscow-City business district will be graced by a grand new project: a 400-meter-tall business center from Gals-Development. This skyscraper will become the tallest office building in Moscow and provide jobs for over 17,500 people, promising to become a new landmark of the capital's architecture.
Architectural concept: a new look at Suprematism
The skyscraper's concept was developed by Sergei Tchoban, co-founder of the SPICH architectural bureau. The project is inspired by the Suprematist architecture of Kazimir Malevich, reflected in the use of clear lines and minimalist geometric forms. The skyscraper's facades will be constructed of architectural glass with metal slats and equipped with LED lighting, creating a dramatic light pattern in the evenings. One of the building's key features will be panoramic elevator shafts, creating a spectacular "light waterfall."

What is a Prime Business Center?
A Prime-class business center is the highest standard of commercial real estate, characterized by premium conditions for tenants and visitors. These buildings feature state-of-the-art engineering systems, high-quality interior finishes, and maximum functionality and comfort. Business centers of this level are located in prestigious areas and boast excellent transportation accessibility, diverse infrastructure, and unique architectural solutions.
Multifunctional space for work and rest
The new skyscraper will be more than just an office building, but a multifunctional complex, creating conditions for both efficient work and diverse leisure activities. The 27th and 49th floors will house Sky Lobbies—spacious relaxation areas with panoramic city views, conference rooms, and coffee stations for casual meetings. The first three floors will feature premium restaurants, cafes, and food malls. The fourth and fifth floors will house a fitness center with a 50-meter pool and a modern spa complex.

Unique offices for inspiration
The skyscraper's office spaces will offer unique solutions that are hard to find in other Moscow City buildings. These include exclusive lots with open terraces, two-level atriums, and transformable conference rooms with magnificent views of the capital. Svetlana Mazur, Director of Commercial Real Estate Leasing and Sales at Hals-Development, emphasizes that the new building will offer not only comfortable working conditions but also a space conducive to creating an inspiring atmosphere for business meetings and networking.
Nature and Accessibility: Creating a Comfortable Space
Particular attention has been paid to the landscaping of the area around the skyscraper. On the southern side, near Vystavochny Lane and the Evolution Tower, recreation areas and a private garden will be created, ensuring a comfortable stay in the business district. The building will be accessible from all four sides, and an underground passage will connect it to the Vystavochnaya and Delovoy Tsentr metro stations, ensuring convenient access for all visitors and employees.

Sustainability and ecology: Clover certification
The business center project will meet the highest environmental safety and energy efficiency standards. Certification under the Clover system will be conducted at every stage of construction and operation, guaranteeing the facility's compliance with international environmental, convenience, and safety requirements.
A new era in the capital's architecture and business
This Prime-class business center from Gals-Development will be a shining example of the integration of cutting-edge architectural ideas and engineering solutions. This project promises not only to enhance the Moscow City skyline but also to set a new standard in commercial real estate, creating an attractive environment for companies seeking prestige and innovation.
