In November 2024, it was reported that Sezar Group had acquired plot 20 in Moscow City , purchasing it from entities affiliated with Alisher Usmanov's USM Holding. The first renderings of the future high-rise multifunctional complex, which will become the new architectural landmark of the business center, have already been released.
