Following the Ukrainian drone attack last year, restoration of building facades in the Moscow City business center has begun.
The main efforts are focused on the restoration of the IQ-quarter complex and the Moscow Towers skyscraper.

Work at the IQ Quarter has been plagued by unexpected financial difficulties. In December 2023, the Telegram channel "Moscow City - A View from Inside" reported that apartment owners were billed 4.2 million rubles for damage inspections. This situation differs from other buildings in the complex, such as "Federation" and "Oko-2," where restoration work was carried out without the owners' participation.
The facades of Moscow City buildings were damaged in a drone attack on the night of July 30th last year, and subsequent strikes in August 2023 worsened the situation. The main damage occurred at the IQ-Kvartal complex, where work began on June 26th and is scheduled for completion in December of this year. The contractor is the Federal State Institution "Support Center," a subsidiary of the Ministry of Economic Development and responsible for supporting the operations of federal government agencies located in Moscow City.

The restoration work is being carried out by Petroprofil Plus LLC, which previously completed projects such as Dream Island and the Novotel Hotel on Zemlyanoy Val. The company also participated in the construction of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Presidential Property Management Department and other significant projects in Moscow.
Work is also underway on the façade of the Moscow Towers building, scheduled for completion by the end of the year. This skyscraper is still under construction, having begun in 2018. The client is MIP-CITY LLC, a subsidiary of T2-Development, and the contractor is UK MOST LLC, a real estate leasing and management company.
Despite regular drone attacks last year, restoration and construction work at Moscow City continues, with all projects scheduled for completion by the end of the year.
