VTB has withdrawn from the iCity skyscraper project.

VTB Group is no longer a participant in the iCity skyscraper project being built near the Moscow International Business Center (MIBC). MR Group representatives have officially announced this.

It is known that on November 14, 2022, VTB sold its own stake in 25.1% of the developer MR Group structure.

The iCity project includes two tower complexes:

34-story Time Tower building;
61-story Space Tower.

MR Group, headed by R. Timokhin and V. Labuzdko, is a recognized developer in the Moscow region. Its portfolio includes projects totaling 9.5 million square meters in Moscow, the Moscow Region, and Sochi.
