In 2019, the number of apartment purchases in the Federation Tower increased sixfold. According to analysts, this represents approximately 30% of all residential lots sold in Moscow City. In 2019, the total value of premium real estate transactions in Moscow City amounted to approximately 14 billion rubles.
According to Anastasia Sukhantseva, Deputy General Director for Marketing at Federation Tower CJSC, over the past year, the developer has made significant progress in selling lots and developing innovative proposals. She noted that Federation Tower CJSC was the first developer working in the premium real estate segment to transition to an open-price sales system. This led to an increase in the average purchase price and a 9% decrease in calls from clients who lacked the funds to purchase apartments in the skyscraper.
The company noticed a growing demand for multifunctionality and efficient housing. Therefore, together with the renowned UK design firm Dyer, it created variations of standard apartment finishes, incorporating a unique podium system. This allowed it to divide the space not only vertically but also horizontally.
The developer's offerings also include lots with areas starting from 45 square meters. Moscow has no other apartments of this size located at such a high altitude—the 69th floor and above.
Today, the Moscow-City domestic market is growing in appeal and remains highly sought after by buyers of prestigious real estate of various formats. The average price of apartments in the Moscow International Business Center (MIBC) skyscrapers is 550,000 rubles per square meter. However, this price is steadily rising, driven by the already growing shortage of quality properties.
Federation Tower JSC has seen an increase in demand from clients of varying social status and income levels. Wealthy buyers are interested in both the luxury penthouses located on the skyscraper's upper floors and the smaller apartments. The latter are also popular because they offer a convenient place to stay after a long day at work, when they don't have the time or desire to travel home to the other side of the city or to the countryside.
