A mobile cinema will soon open on the roof of the "Dom Dau" high-rise building in the Moscow-City business district, according to Svetlana Bardina, head of residential sales at Summa Elements. The luxury building is being constructed in the Presnensky District of Moscow on 1st Krasnogvardeisky Proyezd. The development project was developed by GAFA Architects and includes a screen measuring approximately 244 by 183 cm, installed in a specially designed niche. Viewers will be able to arrange mobile seating for a comfortable viewing experience.
The addition of a cinema to the Dau House offers residents additional leisure options. Residents can meditate in a secluded garden, participate in interactive quests, admire rare plants and kinetic sculptures, visit the fitness center, dine in restaurants, and watch movies. This diverse indoor infrastructure is consistent with the "15-minute city" concept and fosters a community, notes Bardina.
The open-air cinema will allow you to enjoy films against the backdrop of the Moscow City panorama. After screenings, the screen will be hidden in a niche. The screening schedule and program will be determined by a vote among residents and the management company, according to GAFA founder Grigorios Gavalidis.
The "Dau House" skyscraper rises 340 meters and will be one of the five tallest buildings in Moscow. The architectural design was developed by Sergei Tchoban of the SPICH bureau. The three-story stylobate will house a children's center, shops, restaurants, beauty salons, and offices, while the 49th floor will house a lounge area.
"Dom Dau" is equipped with a four-level underground parking garage with electric charging stations and bicycle racks. A license plate recognition system will be used to identify residents' vehicles. Apartments in "Dom Dau" feature panoramic windows and views, ranging in size from 29 to 1,030 square meters, and prices start at 24.7 million rubles. Buyers are offered discounts and an interest-free installment plan.
