The merged company Wildberries and Russ (RVB) has acquired a skyscraper under construction near the Bagration Bridge in the Moscow-City business center. The new office complex will become a landmark, promising to become the tallest business center in the capital – it will reach 398 meters in height and cover a total area of over 214,000 square meters.
The project envisions the creation of an innovative business space designed to accommodate 17,000 employees. Located on Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment, the skyscraper will incorporate cutting-edge technological solutions to improve efficiency and ensure the comfort of office workers.
RBB CEO Tatyana Kim stated that the choice of this project was carefully considered: "We explored numerous options, including building a new facility from scratch, but decided to go with an existing project that perfectly aligns with our goals. This step strengthens our position and creates the foundation for long-term growth."
The project was approved by the Moscow Architectural Council back in 2022, and is being implemented by Gals-Development. Completion is scheduled for 2030. This building will not only become an architectural landmark in the area but also highlight the company's status as a leading player in the Russian market.
The skyscraper acquisition deal remains confidential, but it is known that this move is in line with the combined company's strategy. As a reminder, in the summer of 2024, Wildberries merged with the outdoor advertising operator Russ, creating a joint venture, RVB. Currently, 65% of the new company is owned by Wildberries, and the remaining 35% is owned by Stinn.
Key features of the project:
- Environmental friendliness: The building will be constructed using green building technologies that minimize environmental impact.
- Convenient location: The proximity to the Bagration Bridge and transport hubs makes the skyscraper an ideal place to work.
- Modern infrastructure: The project includes coworking spaces, meeting and conference rooms, and comfortable relaxation areas for employees.
Experts believe this acquisition will strengthen RVB's position not only in the e-commerce market but also in media and advertising. The new office complex will symbolize the company's ambitions and its commitment to meeting global standards.
