A construction company has completed monolithic construction work on the iCity office complex, located in the Presnensky district. This information was shared on the Moskomstroyinvest Telegram channel.
The complex includes two high-rise towers: the 61-story Space Tower and the 34-story Time Tower, connected by an eight-story base.
The towers' bases occupy 89,416 square meters and 46,467 square meters, respectively. All floors of the Time Tower have already been erected, while construction of the Space Tower has reached the 49th floor, according to a press release.
At the moment, installation of external elements and work on connecting to utility networks continues on both towers.
"This project will help create new job opportunities. This issue is on the agenda, given Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin's interest in creating additional jobs and public spaces," the press service stated.
Earlier, Sobyanin announced the construction of a business center near the Dmitrovskaya station of the Moscow Central Diameters 2 (MCD-2). This project will occupy 50,000 square meters and offer over 3,500 jobs.
