NF Group, the exclusive consultant for the Moscow Towers multifunctional high-rise complex , announced the completion of construction and the receipt of a certificate of compliance with all technical regulations and design documentation. The high-rise building, complete with underground parking, is located at 2A Presnenskaya Embankment, Moscow. The project was developed by Werner Sobek, while UNK Interiors designed the lobby and public areas. The building stands 287 meters tall and has a total floor area of 411,147 square meters.
The complex consists of two towers connected by sky-lobby walkways and a common stylobate, and comprises 63 floors. The project included 260,000 square meters of office space and 24,800 square meters of commercial space built to BOMA standards. The complex also includes 224 apartments with panoramic city views. Parking areas accommodate 1,249 cars and are located both underground and above ground. The vertical transportation system includes 72 elevators and 15 escalators. The complex is fully integrated into the infrastructure of the Moscow City International Business Center, providing convenient access to the Afimall shopping and entertainment center, the city square, and the Delovoy Tsentr metro station.
A distinctive architectural feature is a 200-meter-tall transparent façade with a cable mechanism connecting the two towers. Moscow Towers features a variety of public recreational areas, including bridges between the towers, which are completely enclosed by a transparent façade without large aluminum profiles.
Once the occupancy permit is received, the next stage will begin: completing the lobby's finishing work. The lobby's interiors will be adorned with three large art pieces. The apartment lobbies will feature two monumental panels made of metal plates, created by artist Andrey Berger. The centerpiece of the main lobby will be a 13-meter-tall installation of glass prisms, creating light effects on the walls and ceiling by transmitting rays of light through the optical glass.
The Moscow Towers project aims to create a comfortable environment for work and living, offering high-quality office and residential space. The complex is equipped with modern engineering systems that ensure a high level of security and comfort. It also offers a variety of services and amenities, including fitness centers, restaurants, cafes, and shops, making the complex an attractive location for business and residence.
NF Group believes that the completion of the Moscow Towers project will make a significant contribution to the development of the city's infrastructure, providing modern work and living spaces in the very center of Moscow.
