Underground parking

There is underground parking under almost every skyscraper. But if at the dawn of the City they could be used for free, today you will have to pay 200 rubles per hour of parking. The exception is when visiting the restaurant "Sixty", located on the 62nd floor of the "Federation", which provides its guests with a free parking service in its parking spaces. But their number is limited, so you should check in advance for availability.

Also, many serious companies have their own places in underground parking and provide them to their employees. In other cases, for those who visit the business center regularly, it will be more profitable to draw up a lease agreement, which will cost 18-35 thousand rubles per month. In the latter case, the cost will additionally include all the benefits of the premium City service:

Today, you can rent a space in the underground parking for different periods of time in the towers "Mercury", "Novotel", "Empire", "Eurasia". Between them, other skyscrapers and the shopping center "Afimall" there is an underground connection, which allows you to get to the desired part of the MIBC as quickly as possible.

For the convenience of residents and guests of Moscow-City, many underground parking lots have car washes, tire repair shops, and service stations. Most of them are open around the clock.

Above-ground parking

For some visitors to the City, it is most convenient to leave the car on the street and not bother going underground. This option is also provided in the business center, but there are only 2,700 above-ground parking spaces on its entire territory. All of them are paid, and the rates are extremely high. Thus, you will have to pay 300 rubles or more for an hour of parking.

If you purchase a subscription, the monthly cost will be about 33 thousand rubles. For this amount, the driver gets the right to leave his car in the immediate vicinity of the entrance to the "City of Capitals", "Tower on the Embankment". There is also ground parking at "Empire", but a monthly subscription will cost 50 thousand rubles. But when choosing this option, you should take into account that a specific place is not assigned to you. All guests park their cars in random order, and therefore there is a chance that a suitable place may not be available at the most needed moment.

Parking at the TRC "Afimall"

The largest shopping center in the capital has a 3-level 24-hour underground parking, which can be accessed from the Third Transport Ring, Presnenskaya Embankment and 1st Krasnogvardeisky Proezd. It is divided into 2,700 parking spaces. The price is 150 rubles/hour from 6:00 to 18:00 and 50 rubles/hour at other times. But if you leave the parking lot within 15 minutes after entering, you do not need to pay.

Time control and payment are carried out using an electronic card. Each driver receives it upon entering the parking lot. If the card is lost, you will have to pay an additional 300 rubles.

For frequent guests of Afimall, there is an option to pay for parking with points accumulated during purchases. To receive and use them, you should download a special application to your smartphone. It also “knows how” to search for the owner's car in the parking lot and sends notifications about various promotions and special offers from stores.

Municipal Parking

Not far from Moscow-City there are city parking lots, in particular:

• Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment – ​​Parking Lot #3103. The hourly rate is 200 rubles. But to pay for the service, you need to call the single contact center of Moscow Transport.

• 1st Krasnogvardeisky Proezd (immediately behind the City skyscrapers). The price is 200 rubles/hour.

• Tarasa Shevchenko Embankment, Business Center "Tower" – Parking Lot #3011. The cost of 1 hour of use is 40 rubles.

The main disadvantage of municipal parking lots is their high occupancy during working hours. Therefore, it is worth checking in advance for available parking spaces using the Yandex search engine.

Parking subscription price

Let's summarize. So, if we consider surface parking lots, it will cost:

• 350 rubles/hour - city surface parking opposite "Afimall", "Novotel", between the towers. The first 10 minutes of parking are free. Parking is free.

• 50 thousand rubles/month - a reserved place in the parking lot near "Empire".

• 25 thousand rubles/month. including VAT – for MIBC residents.

• 15 thousand rubles/month – city subscriber to city paid parking No. 3211 (hourly payment is possible – 40 rubles/hour). Payment is made using the application or parking meter.

Taxi

After recent changes in Moscow-City, it has become impossible to drive up to some skyscrapers. Instead, 15 special zones for picking up and dropping off taxis appeared, simultaneously accommodating 79 cars. They are located very close to the most popular points of the business center and are divided into separate numbered zones near each skyscraper. Therefore, when ordering a taxi, it is worth indicating the optimal pick-up point.

Also, 13 so-called "Kiss & Ride" zones for quick pick-up and drop-off of passengers appeared in Moscow-City. They are located near various towers and allow you to stop for no more than 5 minutes.
