The worst salon I've ever been to in my life! Words can't describe the horror and stress I experienced. The technician at Afimola simply killed two of my nails. She sawed one almost to the flesh, and made a deep cut (hole) on the second nail with a machine, right at the base (I'll attach a photo). After I started complaining about the pain, she stood up, almost threw tools at me, and simply walked away rudely in my direction. Before that, I asked her questions about choosing a color and asked her what kind of manicure was better, hardware or classic. She doesn't even know the difference and initially suggested that I look for colors not from the palette, but from the color of the bottles (which are all black, it's just funny...) When the administrator saw my nails, she started texting someone in horror, although she didn't give me the management number. When I finally insisted, she gave me the number of some manager (her name is Aida, more on her later). I never got through to her that day, at first she dropped my calls, then turned off the phone or blocked it. In the end, after 3.5 hours, they did my manicure, thanks to the master who did my pedicure in another salon, she at least calmed me down somehow and did her job well. The admin told me that the manager would definitely contact me tomorrow. But what do you think, a day passed and no one called me. You can immediately feel the level.. And when I wrote myself, they told me to wait. The next day after lunch, that same Aida calls me, the administrator told me her name, she herself refused to say it and began the conversation with the phrase "Hello, this is Quickly." I did not quite understand which Quickly was calling me, and since I was very busy, I asked Quickly to call back in 30 minutes. Even if I really wanted to talk at that moment, I could not, because I could not hear anything. To this, this Quickly rudely and arrogantly answers me that she will not call in 30 minutes, as she will be busy, and without even offering another time to call, she continued talking. I was simply shocked at that moment. I have never seen so much impudence in people. As if I needed to resolve the situation and apologize for the fact that they simply disfigured my nails, took so much time and nerves. I asked the girl to introduce herself, to which she also rudely answers me "I do not have to introduce myself to you, and in general I am not calling for this purpose." After which I told her that I know her name is Aida, and ask to connect me with the management, and not with the manager who is responsible for marketing and advertising. This salon does not even have an employee who is responsible for the department of control and quality of services provided. And do you think someone contacted me? Of course not! At first they ignored me, then blocked me completely! Now I have to go to the management of this "salon" myself and conduct a total check there.. The funniest thing is that the same "manager" Aida (I don't know what collective farm she is from, because her behavior really gives her away) wrote a comment about me in Get VKontakte, I will attach a screenshot) So girls, this salon is not your level, do not get involved! And I will resolve the issue with them through the relevant authorities..
