Skin Art is an amazing clinic with a truly premium level of service. I had a consultation with Dr. Anastasia Teltseri, she is a real professional. She helped me choose the care and procedures, answered all my (even the stupidest) questions. I would also like to mention the friendly managers and the very warm and cozy atmosphere in the clinic! This is a real island of relaxation in the middle of the noisy City.
Yesterday's trip inspired me and I decided to write a detailed review. ⠀ I wish to meet each of you in this clinic) ⠀ A perfect example of how customer focus impacts reputation: It all started with me being met in the lobby to be taken to the 83rd floor (where the clinic is located) ⠀ The next wow effect is the view from the window. Stunningly beautiful and inspiring. ⠀ The interior matches the view from the window, very airy and beautiful. ⠀ Then I was invited into an office with the same beautiful view). ⠀ I changed into a robe to be as comfortable as possible. It all started with a consultation, and then we started the procedures. ⠀ While I was waiting for the anesthesia to take effect, they brought me tea. I lie down, look at the sky, the beautiful sunset and Moscow), drink tea and smile from the beauty around me. ⠀ We finished the procedures, I rested in the office for another 10 minutes with tea). After paying, I was offered more tea and taken to the rest room. The rest room also has a wonderful view, yesterday even with the moon in the window). ⠀ This visual sequence is very relaxing and at the same time energizing) The specialist Olga Sokolova worked with me. We also talked with the owner of the clinic, Natalia. I learned in detail about all the procedures and equipment. ⠀ Amazing service and atmosphere. And of course the level of service provided.
I want to share feedback after visiting SkinArt. I went to photocoagulation to cosmetologist Oksana. All the vessels were glued in one procedure, no need to go back. Unobtrusive staff, beautiful interior. I was glad to see the familiar Zo Skin Obagi as working cosmetics. A special treat is the view! The whole of Moscow is under your feet.
Initially, I contacted the clinic to somehow correct unprofessional errors after the forehead rejuvenation procedure in Germany. For me, it was a very exciting moment because my forehead and my face are my most important advantage. During my first visit, I was thoroughly consulted by doctor Marina Khrepnik and we began the procedures. I felt like I was in the hands of professionals and my feeling was one hundred percent correct. After the procedures, I was able to enjoy the view from a height of flight and a cup of delicious tea. Further support from the doctor and the owner of the clinic surprised and pleased me very much. Since my stay in Moscow was only a week, the Skinart clinic team tried to achieve good results as much as possible.
