Infrastructure in MFC "Neva Towers" Tower 2

Description

Steadily growing on 1st Krasnogvardeisky Proezd, 1 the second tower of the elite multifunctional complex Neva Towers is a 345-meter residential skyscraper, the apartments in which are considered to be among the most popular in the entire MIBC. This is due not only to the grandeur of the project, but also to its unique club infrastructure for Russia, which gives huge advantages to the owners.

The Neva Towers multifunctional complex is being built on plots 17 and 18 in close proximity to other Moscow City skyscrapers. Its developer, Renaissance Development, considers the complex its flagship project and places great hopes on it, which are being successfully realized.

History of construction of the Neva Towers multifunctional complex

The much talked about "Russia" tower was supposed to be built on the site of Neva Towers. However, due to financial difficulties of the main investors of the project, Sh. Chigirinsky and V. Rashnikov, the idea was not realized, and over time they decided to sell their shares.

The new owner of the site was Renaissance Construction, and the developer was ST Towers LLC. The Neva Towers project was developed by a group of architects from the architectural bureaus SPEECH, FXFOWLE Architects, HOK and Hirsch Bedner Associates.

Construction began in 2013 and continues to this day. Initially, 2 Neva Towers was planned to be completed at the end of 2019, but the deadline was postponed to the end of 2020.

Construction Features

The 2 Neva Towers tower, together with its neighbor, is built on a common 4-story stylobate, intended for parking and the creation of shopping galleries. It has a laconic rectangular plate shape with 3 small projections and is a reflection of the traditions of American skyscraper construction at the beginning of the last century.

The facades are finished with an original combination of glass and natural stone in the form of specially made stone lamellas. The tower is being built using green construction technologies. It has a unique air supply system through the facade. High-speed KONE elevators are installed here to move between floors, developing speeds of up to 8 m/s.

Tower 2 has a separate entrance with a security access control system. The building and surrounding area are guarded 24 hours a day by a video surveillance system and security service.

Tower 2 MFC Neva Towers today

Tower 2 is entirely dedicated to residential apartments. It has 79 floors, which will house 848 apartments. They are gradually being put up for sale and quickly find new owners. Today, buyers are offered lots of different sizes from 58 to 120 sq. m with 9 finishing options.

The upper floors are divided into several penthouses. The developer is in no hurry to sell them and says that they will be the last to appear on the luxury real estate market. Most of the lots are put up for sale with finished designer interiors. For people who strive for maximum self-expression, there are apartments in Tower 2 of the Neva Towers MFC, sold with a final finish. Therefore, the buyer will be able to independently choose the design project and materials for its implementation.

An entire floor of Tower 2 is planned to be allocated for a comfortable modern premium-class hotel. To meet the needs of car owners, a parking lot for 1,700 cars is being created in the stylobate part of the complex. Additionally, another 340 parking spaces will be organized on the above-ground part.

The main highlight of the Neva Towers project is the club infrastructure, which implies free access for apartment owners to the following located in the complex:

  • panoramic pool;

  • hammam;

  • cinema;

  • squash courts;

  • virtual golf.

The infrastructure of the complex is thought out to the smallest detail. Without leaving the building, you can visit:

  • large fitness clubs;

  • spas and beauty salons;

  • restaurants, cafes with breathtaking views of Moscow;

  • various shops, etc.

For the convenience of residents, a concierge service has been organized. With its help, it is easy to order not only apartment cleaning, but also dog walking services, etc.

Interesting facts and features

The Neva Towers multifunctional complex is the first in Russia to apply for the LEED Gold certificate, awarded for high environmental friendliness and energy efficiency of buildings. It promises to become a real oasis of "Moscow-City", as a real landscaped private park will be created on the roof of the stylobate part, the entrance to which will be open only to residents of the apartments. Therefore, apartments in tower 2 of the Neva Towers multifunctional complex attract even families with children.
