Infrastructure in MFC City Point (Novotel)

Description

The multifunctional complex City Point is a modern 10-storey business centre located on the territory of the actively developing business centre "Moscow-City". It is located at 2 Presnenskaya Embankment and features a developed infrastructure, premium finishing of public spaces, well-thought-out, energy-efficient engineering systems and a high level of comfort for office employees.

Features of City Point

The City Point building, owned by Samvel Karapetyan (owner of Tashir) and Ara Abramyan, was fully built and commissioned in 2012. It is a class A property and is considered the cheapest in Moscow City, costing around 11 billion rubles. Its façade has an original semicircle shape, and the lower floors are completely covered with porcelain stoneware. Like all other Moscow City properties, City Point has panoramic glazing, as well as meticulously designed engineering systems and communications, created using advanced technologies, the best solutions and materials. They are presented:

  • supply and exhaust ventilation;

  • central air conditioning system;

  • fire alarm;

  • 24-hour video surveillance cameras;

  • modern telecommunication systems with fiber-optic lines;

  • uninterruptible power supply system.

City Point is a modern business center with comfortable offices of various sizes and layouts, the interiors of which are designed in an avant-garde style with special attention to lighting design. At the start of sales, it was possible to buy a room with an area of 100 sq. m. with a fine or rough finish, cabinet type or in the open space format. It has 3 Otis elevators, which today are fully sufficient to cover the needs of residents and guests of the business center.

The complex is divided into 2 parts: the business center itself and the 4-star Novotel hotel. They are united by a spacious atrium, the ceiling of which is the roof of the building and is represented by a transparent dome. This provides original insolation of the public space, in which all infrastructure facilities are concentrated and a winter garden has been created. Landscaped pedestrian zones are organized around the City Point MFC, and several separate entrance groups have been created in it, which ensures the separation of the flow of visitors to the business center and the hotel.

City Point Business Center Today

The total area of the City Point multifunctional complex is 75,000 sq. m, 15,000 sq. m are allocated for office space. Today, almost all the premises in it are sold out, some of them are rented out with or without finishing. The building has a pass access system, which ensures the safety of the business center residents. The atrium with a transparent dome houses an information service and a comfortable waiting area with plasma screens and comfortable chairs for visitors.

The complex is connected by a passage to the Afimall shopping center, and the infrastructure of City Point itself is highly developed and can fully cover all the needs of the building's employees and guests in goods and services. It is represented by:

  • fitness center;

  • hotel;

  • cafes, restaurants, canteens;

  • trade area;

  • beauty salons;

  • cinema;

  • conference hall;

  • supermarket;

  • pharmacies;

  • dry cleaning;

  • bank branches and ATMs.

Owners of personal cars can easily reach the business center by driving to the territory of "Moscow-City" from the Third Transport Ring, Kutuzovsky Prospekt or directly along Presnenskaya Embankment. And since the complex has its own multi-level underground parking designed for 400 cars and an above-ground guest parking, there will be no problems with parking. In addition, office employees and visitors can easily reach the multifunctional complex City Point by public transport. In particular, only 1 minute walk from the metro station "Delovoy Tsentr", and 3 minutes from the metro stations "Vystavochnaya" and "Mezhdunarodnaya".
