History of construction

River Tower, which is part of the Capital Tower residential complex, was designed by leading architects of the famous Russian bureau Sergey Skuratov Architects by order of the developer Capital Group. Work on the site began in 2017 and is being carried out according to the stated deadlines throughout the entire construction period. The commissioning of the building is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2020 and judging by the progress of the construction, the developer will meet the deadline.

The construction is being carried out using the developer's own funds. According to some sources, the entire Capital Tower construction project should cost him around 15-20 billion dollars.

Features of the construction of River Tower

The River Tower skyscraper, a complete twin of the Park Tower, is designed in a futuristic, hi-tech style. Like most modern residential and commercial real estate, it is being built using monolithic frame technology. But unlike the multifunctional skyscrapers of Moscow City, it has lightweight facades, for the design of which white steel and platinum glass were used.

All windows in the River Tower are panoramic, offering a breathtaking view of the river and the historical center of Moscow. The building is constructed from high-quality modern materials using energy-efficient technologies and thoughtful engineering solutions. It will have:

• a unique Rooftop air preparation system, which allows you not only to reliably clean and humidify the air, but also to heat or cool it to a comfortable temperature;

• a water heating system that will ensure an uninterrupted supply of water to the complex throughout the year without shutdowns for maintenance and other work;

• high-speed, silent elevators, including freight elevators of varying load capacities, so apartment owners can easily lift even a bulky grand piano to any of the 61 floors.

The elevators will also go down to the underground levels. The descent from the top floor to the very bottom will not take more than 40 seconds. The first floor of the River Tower will feature a 26-meter lobby in a modern futuristic style.

The entire complex pays special attention to the safety of residents. Therefore, in the River Tower, as in other towers of the Capital Tower MFC, a security service will work around the clock. An additional security measure is the organization of an identity verification system on each floor.

River Tower now

River Tower is more than half ready, so there is practically no doubt that it will be put into operation on time. The building will be 212 m high and have 61 floors. They will house apartments of varying sizes, and on the top floors – elite penthouses.

All apartments in River Tower are rented with a custom finish, designed by the famous Italian designer Antonio Citterio. He has developed 6 different interior design options in a minimalist style, so everyone can choose an apartment with the optimal design for themselves.

Completely completed interior work allows you not only to immediately move into a brand new apartment, but also to eliminate the discomfort that is inevitable in other new buildings, caused by endless repair work at neighbors.

Each apartment will have plumbing and a built-in kitchen. If necessary, the developer will listen to the wishes of the buyer and take them into account when ordering and installing kitchen furniture.

River Tower also has 6 underground floors. 5 of them will be occupied by an intelligent parking with its own charging station for electric vehicles and specially designed gentle ramps for vehicles with different clearances.

Residents of River Tower will have access to the developed infrastructure of the Capital Tower complex, including:
