But if the first, already completed stage of the complex has more traditional outlines and harmonizes well with the surrounding urban environment, then the second is like a continuation of the river and the Beregovoy quarter itself. As a result, the facades personify waterfalls, and the bluish reflection of the water surface only completes this impression. At the same time, a particularly expressive feature of the complex is the different heights of the buildings and their shape, which made it possible to accurately display the wave. All this leaves the architecture of the complex outside of time, giving it eternal relevance.

The construction of the complex is carried out using funds from Sberbank, and the management company is responsible for all organizational issues and maintenance of the complex. Construction Features
