Sea or mountains? Steppe or taiga? This eternal dispute of the elements becomes irrelevant as soon as they meet not on the map, but in unique dishes on your plate.
On April 3, the MANUL restaurant invites you to a special gastronomic evening, where the harsh nature of Siberia will combine with the vibrant flavors of the Pacific coast.
The invited chef of the MORE Seafood Bar restaurant together with the MANUL team will create a unique symphony of tastes, in which the traditions of the Siberian peoples will be harmoniously intertwined with the Primorsky cuisine.
A menu inspired by the generosity of northern forests and the riches of the ocean depths awaits you: Pacific octopus, scallop with the aroma of fir, tender Primorsky flounder and signature dumplings with taimen.
Each dish will become a gastronomic journey, awakening the memories of generations and revealing the true depth of natural flavors.
