At the same time, the atmosphere remains lively and open, without excessive formality, which aligns with the project’s overarching concept—a modern urban restaurant with an ethnic character.

Kitchen and Bar

Folk’s kitchen revolves around an open fire, an open oven, and expressive southern flavors. The menu is based on familiar dishes adapted to a modern format: they retain their character but become lighter in both perception and presentation.
