The first phase of a major business center in the Big City area has received a positive expert opinion, signaling the start of the active phase of project implementation.
The complex, which will be called Light City, will be located at 2-ya Magistralnaya St., Building 3.

The complex's initial architectural designs were reminiscent of the Stone Savelovskaya office center. However, given changes in the technical and economic indicators (TEI) and the city's new approach to developing the area, the architectural concept was significantly revised. ATP TLP architects engineers, a longtime general design firm at this site, was responsible for the updated design. In collaboration with the architectural firm M.A.M., they presented a new look for the complex, which was successfully approved by the Moscow Committee for Architecture (MCA).

According to the new plans, the business center will consist of three 18-story buildings and one 37-story dominant tower. The total area of the complex will be 174,250 square meters, of which 115,800 square meters will be allocated for office space.
The first phase of the project is an 18-story tower with a floor area of 39,000 square meters. The general contractor for the project is Prospect JSC, confirming the high standards and reliability of the future Light City complex.

Furthermore, plans include the creation of comfortable infrastructure and landscaping of the surrounding area, making the complex attractive to tenants and visitors. The project will include both business and public spaces, creating a harmonious environment for work and leisure.
