A new, large-scale office center project is beginning construction in the Presnensky district, in the heart of Moscow. This project, which has received approval from the Moscow Committee for Architecture and Urban Development, promises to become a key part of the city's Republic quarter. The architectural design developed by AI Studio calls for a 130-meter high-rise building. The new office center will have a total floor area of 69,700 square meters, of which 49,700 square meters will be dedicated to office space. The building's façade will be constructed of special materials and painted terracotta, allowing it to blend harmoniously with the existing infrastructure and the industrial workshops being renovated. The Frame project, being developed by Forma, is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2027.
Sergey Kuznetsov noted that the new office center will feature a café with a separate entrance and a fitness club, as well as office space for over 3,000 employees. For the convenience of employees and visitors, the project also includes a four-level parking garage.
