We check and respond

After receiving a report, the editorial staff verifies the information. If the error is confirmed, we correct it within 1–5 business days.

What to Write in a Letter

To help us resolve this quickly, please provide:

  • A link to the page—specify exactly where the error is
  • What’s wrong—specifically, what’s written incorrectly
  • The correct information—if you know what it should be
  • Source—where you got this information from: the establishment’s website, a personal visit

The more accurate the information, the faster we can verify it.

If you represent an entity or organization

If the error concerns your company, restaurant, office, or any other location listed on the portal, we have an expedited processing procedure.

Please send an email from your company email address

The official request must be sent from an email address that matches the organization’s domain (for example, manager@yourcompany.ru).
This is required to verify your authority—we cannot make changes based on anonymous requests when the properties in question belong to others.

Please specify exactly what needs to be changed

Please provide your current information: new phone number, address, description, photos—anything you’d like to update. If you’d like to take full control of the property, we’ll explain the terms of your personal account.

We review and make changes

Once the representative office has been verified, the editorial team will update the information. This process may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you of the result in a reply email.

How We Release Updates

In the facility database

The data is updated without any specific notifications—readers simply see the most current information. The date of the last update is displayed on the item's page.

In editorial content

When a factual error is corrected in an article or news story, a note appears at the end of the piece: “Corrected [date]: [brief description].” The original text is not deleted.

Significant corrections

If the error was significant and could have misled readers, we publish a separate correction and announce it on our Telegram channel.
