We don't just pull information out of thin air. Every fact in our database has a source—and we're happy to tell you exactly which one.
Information about locations (addresses, phone numbers, hours of operation)
Official websites and social media accounts of the venues
Primary source. Information on the official website or a verified social media account is considered the most reliable. That is where we get the address, phone number, hours of operation, and description when adding a business for the first time.
Yandex Maps
An additional check, especially for venues with an international audience. Google Maps often features recent photos from visitors and up-to-date reviews—this helps ensure that the venue is currently open.
2GIS
One of the most accurate directories of organizations in Russia. It is especially useful for verifying companies' registered addresses and phone numbers, as well as for entities without their own websites.
Direct call or inquiry
If there are discrepancies between sources or when adding a new venue, we call or email them directly. This takes more time, but yields the most accurate results. This is especially critical for venues offering high-cost services: healthcare, real estate, and event venues.
Real Estate Market Data
Property Owners and Agencies — Portal Partners
Real-time data on current rates and offers comes directly from property owners and agencies listed on the portal. This is a live market, not archived data.
CIAN, Avito Real Estate, Yandex Real Estate
We use this to monitor market price and rent levels—as a benchmark for verifying the accuracy of data submitted by our partners. We do not automatically import data from major aggregators; we only use it to verify price ranges.
Rosreestr
We use Rosreestr’s open data to verify information on property sizes, cadastral characteristics, and owner details—where such information is publicly available.
Editorial Content: News and Analysis
RBC Real Estate, RBC Moscow
Russia's leading business publication. Features articles on the MMDC real estate market, new projects, investors, and price trends. We use it as our primary source of facts when preparing analytical reports.
Ledger
One of Russia's oldest business publications. Its coverage of major real estate deals in the City, corporate relocations, and institutional investors is particularly useful.
Kommersant
We use this to verify information about significant transactions, changes in tower ownership, and development projects in the Moscow International Business Center and surrounding areas.
Press offices of the management companies of the Moscow International Business Center
For news about construction, infrastructure changes, and new high-rises, please contact the press offices directly. This is the only reliable source for official information about the neighborhood’s development.
Official Website of the Moscow City Government
Information on development plans, transportation changes, and building permits is sourced from official city government sources. Data on the metro and transportation accessibility is sourced from publicly available materials from the Moscow Metro and the Department of Urban Development.
Tower Specifications and Architectural Data
Official websites of the IFC and developers
We obtain information on tower heights, the number of floors, architectural features, and construction history from the official websites of the complexes and developers. We verify this data using multiple sources, as there are many incorrect figures online.
Architectural and professional publications
For complex technical specifications and historical data on tower design, we refer to professional architectural publications and academic sources.
