About the Portal

What is Moscow City Guide, and how is it different from other websites about Moscow?

Moscow City Guide is the only portal that focuses exclusively on the Moscow City International Business Center and the adjacent Bolshoi City. We don’t try to cover all of Moscow—we know one neighborhood inside and out. Our database includes over 2,500 locations, a user interface available in 4 languages, and our own editorial team with a news feed.

Since what year has the portal been in operation? Can the data be trusted?

The project has been in development since 2020. The data undergoes editorial verification using open sources, mapping services, and direct contact with the sites.

In which languages is the portal available?

The main version of the portal is available in Russian. Language versions are also provided for Moscow City’s international audience.

Placement of Objects

How do I add my company or business to the portal's database?

Submit a request through the listing guidelines page or email welcome@moscow-city.guide. The editorial team will verify the information and create a listing for the property.

Is the listing free or paid? What's the difference?

Basic placement is available after data verification. Paid formats offer additional advertising opportunities, but do not replace editorial verification.

My property is already listed on the portal, but the information is out of date. How do I update it?

Please write to the editorial office and include the following up-to-date information: website, address, hours of operation, contact information, photos, or official documents.

Can I manage my property's listing on my own?

Partners can update their data using the portal command. The ability to manage profiles independently will be expanded as the personal account feature is developed.

Advertising and Partnerships

What advertising formats are available on the portal?

Banner placements, special projects, expanded property listings, and partner publications are available. The format is tailored to the advertiser's objectives.

Does paid advertising affect a restaurant's ranking and ratings?

No. Advertising opportunities and editorial evaluations are separate. Paid listings do not guarantee an increase in ratings or changes to reviews.

Data and Accuracy

Where does the data on these properties come from? How up-to-date is it?

We cross-check information from official websites, mapping services, public registries, and reports from partners and users. Additional verification is performed for significant changes.
