In the western part of the capital, within the emerging "Big City" business district, development work has begun on a large urban space adjacent to the future JOIS business center . The project covers an area of over 1.3 hectares in the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki district and will become one of the key focal points of the new cluster.
According to Mosgosstroynadzor, which is overseeing all stages of the project, a pedestrian network over two kilometers long will be created here. Walking paths will connect the residential buildings with the office towers, and along them will be green alleys, recreation areas, and sports zones.

Department Chairman Anton Slobodchikov emphasized that the improvements were carried out in the spirit of an open city:
"Big City is developing as a space not only for business but also for living. The new, well-maintained area will be accessible to all Muscovites, with convenient routes, landscaping, and opportunities to spend time outdoors."
Architectural composition and environment
The JOIS business center is being built at 3rd Silikatny Proezd, plot 10/12. It will comprise two buildings, 14 and 43 stories high, connected by a shared stylobate. The lower part of the complex will house a two-level shopping arcade with an area of approximately 2,600 square meters, housing restaurants, cafes, shops, and service spaces. The roof of the stylobate will feature viewing terraces, and the courtyard will house an amphitheater for cultural events.

According to Moscow's chief architect, Sergei Kuznetsov, the JOIS project will become an important element of the visual code of the Western "City":
"The complex's architecture is based on dynamic lines and contrasting shapes. The sail-like towers visually interact with the flowing lines of the residential buildings, creating a distinctive silhouette. Panoramic glazing enhances the feeling of lightness and modernity."

Construction control and quality standards
The project is being implemented under the constant supervision of the Moscow State Construction Supervision Authority (Mosgosstroynadzor). Inspectors have already completed the first inspection of the construction site, including excavation preparation and safety monitoring.
The total area of the office complex will be approximately 129 thousand square meters, and the format of the premises will vary – from compact offices of 73 m² to spaces of almost 2,000 m².

The developer and the context of the area's development
The project's developer is MR Group, a company responsible for a number of landmark projects in Moscow's business center, including iCity, ONE Tower and Cezar Tower. JOIS will be one of the first major office projects fully integrated into the residential and public environment of the "Greater City."
The creation of a landscaped space around the complex is intended to reinforce the idea of a "city within a city"—where offices, housing, and recreation areas form a single living organism, and residents and employees can spend time in a comfortable, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment.
