The network of private medical centers MedSwiss (MedSwiss) is preparing to launch a new clinical and diagnostic complex in the Moscow International Business Center “Moscow-City.” The MedSwiss medical center will be located on the ground floor of the City of Capitals tower, occupying premises where a restaurant previously operated. The opening is scheduled for autumn 2026 and will become one of the most notable projects in the development of medical infrastructure within the business cluster.
The area of the future clinic will be about 1,000 sq. m. The project’s investment budget is stated at 800 million rubles. The funds will be directed toward reconstruction of the space, creation of a specialized engineering environment, and equipping the center with modern diagnostic equipment. The format of the institution предполагает a full-scale outpatient MedSwiss clinic where patients will be able to undergo basic examinations and receive consultations from specialists without the need to contact other medical organizations.
Diagnostics, doctors and main areas of the MedSwiss clinic
The new MedSwiss clinic plans to organize appointments with doctors of various specialties, laboratory diagnostics and a radiology department. The center will be equipped with MRI, CT and X-ray systems, which will allow comprehensive diagnostic procedures to be performed within a single visit.
Among the key areas of the MedSwiss clinic will be internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, traumatology-orthopedics, surgery, urology, gynecology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, otorhinolaryngology, ophthalmology, as well as consultation and diagnostic programs for corporate patients. Special emphasis will be placed on check-up examinations, outpatient care, support of patients under voluntary medical insurance programs, and rapid access to instrumental diagnostics.
The main audience includes employees of companies located in Moscow-City, residents of nearby residential complexes, as well as corporate clients covered by voluntary medical insurance programs. This format is especially in demand in business districts with a high density of offices and a constant flow of busy professionals.
About MedSwiss

MedSwiss has been operating in the private healthcare market for more than two decades. Since its founding in 2002, MedSwiss has formed a network of 17 medical centers located in Moscow, the Moscow region and Saint Petersburg. The medical group is part of the RESO-Garantia insurance company structure, which ensures that a significant portion of patients are served under voluntary medical insurance programs.
MedSwiss in Moscow is represented by several major divisions:
- MedSwiss Center on Gasheka Street — one of the main multidisciplinary complexes with an advanced diagnostic base
- MedSwiss Clinic on Lenivka near the Arbat area — focused on patients in the central part of the city and the corporate segment
- MedSwiss Medical Center on Gakkelevskaya Street — provides therapeutic and specialized care, including preventive programs
According to the results of 2024, MedSwiss ranked 13th among the largest private medical companies in Russia according to Forbes, with revenue of 7.3 billion rubles. The majority of income comes from services provided under voluntary medical insurance programs.
Development of medical infrastructure in Moscow-City
The emergence of the new MedSwiss center reflects the transformation of Moscow-City into a full-fledged urban environment. The district is gradually ceasing to be exclusively an office territory and is turning into an independent business and residential cluster with developed service infrastructure.
A high concentration of offices of international companies and the growing number of permanent residents create stable demand for quality medical services within walking distance. In this context, the launch of a multidisciplinary MedSwiss clinic appears to be a logical stage in the district’s development.
Existing medical centers in Moscow-City
After opening, MedSwiss will become one of the key private healthcare providers in the City of Capitals tower. Large medical institutions focused on the corporate segment and affluent audience are already operating in the business district.
Main existing competitors of MedSwiss:
Chaika Clinic — one of the first medical centers in Moscow-City, oriented toward corporate clients, employees of international companies and expatriates

Mother and Child Medical Center — opened in 2024, specializes in women’s health, reproductive medicine and family programs

Individual private diagnostic offices and specialized medical clinics serving residents of business centers
Competition will primarily develop in the following areas:
- multidisciplinary outpatient care for company employees
- therapeutic and consultative appointments
- high-level diagnostics (MRI, CT, X-ray)
- check-up and preventive programs
- services under voluntary medical insurance programs
- rapid access to doctors without long waiting times
- premium-level service for the business audience
Market experts note that the appearance of the MedSwiss clinic will intensify competition while simultaneously raising the overall level of medical services in the business district. Moscow-City is gradually forming its own infrastructure that allows people to work, live and receive medical care within a single area.
