As difficult as it may be to imagine townhouses in Moscow's business center amidst skyscrapers, this unique format will nonetheless be realized. They will be located on the fifth floor of a private park.
Traditionally, townhouses are detached or combined two- or three-story buildings within city limits. Each is designed to accommodate one or two families (duplexes). Their main advantage is the opportunity to live a suburban lifestyle while remaining within the capital, in the heart of its Moscow-City business center.
As an experiment, it was decided to implement such a project at Neva Towers . Renaissance Development took on the construction, commissioning 11 lots.
Live and work?
The townhouses are located in a picturesque location with access to a private landscaped garden terrace, built directly on the roof of the skyscraper's four-story basement. Each has a separate entrance, private grounds, and underground parking. The townhouses range in size from 150 to 365 square meters across three floors with panoramic windows and magnificent views. This allows for separate living and working spaces. The skyscraper's amenities (restaurants and cafes, a fitness club and spa, meeting rooms, recreation areas with a cinema) and the business district's banks, shops, and shopping centers are all within walking distance.

The buyer has the freedom to customize the interior layout. The third-floor balconies, overlooking the green surroundings and skyscrapers, can be used as lounge areas.
Pros of the location
Living and working in the capital's business center means being mobile, so the area's transport accessibility is crucial:
-
Car exits to the third transport ring, Presnenskaya embankment and Krasnogvardeisky passage;
-
Direct train connection with Sheremetyevo Airport and Belorussky Railway Station;
-
Transfer services, private underground parking with a separate entrance to the townhouse.
The properties' uses aren't limited to residential use. The townhouses can be used as family offices, VIP representative offices, or residences for business meetings. Panoramic windows offer stunning views of modern skyscrapers just beyond the green spaces. Importantly, neighbors can avoid any contact or disturbance, maintaining an atmosphere of maximum privacy in the city's busiest business district. If the lots prove popular, this approach could become the basis for new Moscow City skyscraper projects.
