On July 30, 2024, the first cubic meter of concrete was ceremoniously poured into the foundation slab at the Dau House skyscraper construction site in the Presnensky district of Moscow City. The complex is scheduled to be commissioned in the second quarter of 2027. The project is being implemented by Summa Elements Group.

Ceremony and initial works
At the event, a time capsule was laid and the site was consecrated by representatives of three faiths, a unique event for Moscow.
Since April 2023, the following activities have been carried out at the construction site:
- Creating a diaphragm wall up to 28 meters high
- Barrett (similar to a pile foundation) installation up to 48 meters
- Excavation of the pit and installation of the spacer system
- Concreting over 130 barrettes
- Installation of vertical posts and two tiers of the spacer system
- Development and removal of more than 46 thousand cubic meters of soil
Excavation pit characteristics and underground levels
The excavation pit has reached a depth of 20 meters (the height of a seven-story building). The poured foundation slab, with variable thickness, ranges from 1.5 meters in the stylobate section to 3 meters in the high-rise section. The underground portion of the 85-story complex includes four levels of parking for the convenience of residents. The project is developing faster than other skyscrapers in Moscow City, and by early 2025, the building will reach ground level, with the high-rise section rising by 4-5 stories per month.
