Description

"Eiler" is a new 15-storey class A business center in the Filevsky Park area in the west of Moscow. The project was implemented by the developer GC "Summa Elementov", known for premium projects (for example, the skyscraper "Dau House" in Moscow-City). The "Eiler" building is distinguished by its elegant design: a streamlined facade of glass and aluminum in copper-brown tones makes the complex noticeable in the urban environment. Lots of panoramic glazing with French balconies provide light offices with a view of the Moscow River and the city. Underground parking, modern security and climate control systems provide comfort and reliability for residents.

Architecture and planning

The Euler Business Center is designed in a strict club format. The building has an elongated “frigate-like” shape with a decrease in the number of floors towards the Moscow-City towers. Each floor has an open layout (without unnecessary partitions) and is about 3.6 m high – this allows you to adapt the office to any needs. Natural materials and light colors are used in the interior: at the entrance levels there are stylish designer lobbies and waiting areas with plants and upholstered furniture. On the ground floors, warm “club” patio terraces have been expanded for employee communication. For additional comfort, the facades are equipped with sun-protection double-glazed windows, and on the roof of the first floor there are open lounge areas with greenery and furniture – here you can work or relax in the fresh air. In total, the building has about 100 comfortable offices, and the underground parking is designed for about 100-110 parking spaces.

Office premises

Euler offers corporate clients a flexible choice of formats — from cozy studio-offices of 30 m² to representative office wings of several hundred square meters. The building’s design — a column grid of 8 x 8 m with a finished ceiling height of 3.6 m — allows for free zoning of the space: to create an open-space, an office layout, or a combined model with meeting and lounge areas. Panoramic windows along the entire height of the floor provide an abundance of natural light and impressive views of the Moscow River and the business district, which enhances the feeling of status and openness.

Each block is delivered in the premises ready-to-work format: rough and fine finishing is done using natural materials, antistatic floor coverings are laid, suspended acoustic ceilings are installed, low-current systems are routed and workstations are located. Trunk fiber-optic lines are connected to server cabinets on each floor, providing a throughput of up to 10 Gbit/s. The climate is controlled by a multi-zone VRF system with individual indoor units, and power continuity is guaranteed by a UPS reserve and a diesel generator in case of power outages.

For residents who need a turnkey office, the developer offers the Turn-Key Fit Out package: design, design concept, selection of ergonomic furniture and IT equipment, as well as installation of multimedia solutions (LED screens, video conferencing systems, smart lighting with presence sensors). Additional options include dedicated server rooms with increased floor load, soundproof cabins, individual terraces and branded reception areas.

Access to the premises is provided by a mixed control system: contactless cards, mobile NFC keys and Face-ID on the turnstiles. An extensive BMS platform monitors the microclimate, energy consumption and security in real time, allowing tenants to receive reports and manage parameters via a web panel or mobile application. The complex includes common infrastructure areas - meeting rooms for 6-20 people, a fully equipped conference hall for 80 people, phone booths and cafe corners, available on a pay-per-use basis. This range of solutions makes Euler attractive both for startups and boutique consulting groups, and for large international corporations that value prestige, technology and the ability to scale without changing their address.

The Euler Business Center includes the following key facilities:

Location and transportation

"Eiler" is located in the prestigious Filevsky Park microdistrict, next to the Moskva River and a 10-12-minute walk from the Shelepikha metro station (Filyovskaya Line/MCC) and the MCD "Fili". By car to the Shelepikhinsky Bridge or the Third Transport Ring - about 8-9 minutes. This provides convenient communication with all areas of Moscow and a quick entry to the center. Residential and office complexes nearby create a developed urban environment, and across the road is the large city park "Fili" (10-12 minutes walk) for outdoor recreation. There are many bus and trolleybus routes in the quarter, expanding transport options.
