Residential Complex Heart of the Capital

The residential complex with the romantic name "Heart of the Capital" is a new project for the development of territories near Moscow-City by the Moscow River, which is being actively implemented. In fact, it is an entire residential quarter, located just 6 kilometers from the Kremlin on Shelepikhinskaya Embankment, 34.

History of creation

The Serdtse Stolitsy complex is an entire residential block of 9 business-class buildings of different heights, which has been built by the developer DONSTROY since 2018. DONSTROY is also the main investor in the project, although construction is also carried out with the support of VTB Bank.

The complex has an original idea of reviving the culture of "your own yard" and creating an atmosphere of good-neighborly communication. The construction concept is based on the organization of 3 types of public spaces with varying degrees of privacy. It is implemented by allocating:

• separate adjoining areas of individual buildings with cozy gazebos and recreation areas, which allows you to remain in a small circle of immediate neighbors;

• its own well-maintained courtyard, which has all the conditions for active and relaxing recreation in the fresh air, modern furniture, children's entertainment, an artificial pond that turns into a skating rink in winter, etc.;

• publicly accessible area on the landscaped embankment.

The Heart of the Capital complex will occupy an area of 14 hectares, where the developer plans to create a whole, completely self-sufficient world based on the principles of modern urbanism. The project was developed by the architectural bureau Wowhaus, SPEECH by Sergey Tchoban, UNK project, ub.design. The Turkish company Ant Yapi, known for its projects in Moscow City, and ESTA Construction were chosen as developers. The complex is scheduled to be completed in 2023.

Construction Features

The residential complex consists of 9 buildings constructed using monolithic technology. The first line at Shelepikhinskaya Embankment is formed by 3 19-story U-shaped buildings, 36- and 37-story towers. Behind them are two 24-story U-shaped buildings and a 36-story tower. The dominant feature of the complex is a 43-story skyscraper.

During the construction of the "Heart of the Capital", premium materials are used and innovative solutions are implemented. Thus, the facades of the buildings are planned to be finished with durable Indian granite, porcelain stoneware and clinker tiles from the famous German manufacturer Stroher. The public areas will not be inferior in terms of quality of finishing: the halls and floors will also be finished with highly durable and at the same time environmentally friendly porcelain stoneware in the "eco-design" style. The entrance groups are designed concisely and elegantly. Reception and waiting areas are created in them.

For glazing numerous balconies and loggias, windows of leading brands Schuco and Rehau were chosen, and for convenience and speed of movement between floors – premium-class high-speed elevators Schindler and SIGMA. It is worth mentioning that the windows of the complex are quite unusual. Their height is 2.15 m, and the width in some areas reaches 6.3 m.

The entrance to the residential complex "Heart of the Capital" is located at ground level. At the same time, in the complex you can buy an apartment with any layout and ceiling height, which, by the way, ranges from 3.2 to 5.5 m.

Much attention is paid to security issues in the "Heart of the Capital". Therefore, access to the house, as well as to the underground parking, after the final commissioning of the complex will be carried out using a smartphone. At the same time, stationary charging stations for mobile devices will be located throughout the block, as will Wi-Fi coverage. But this does not eliminate the need for round-the-clock security organized on the territory of the complex. In the "Heart of the Capitals" there is a pass system, which excludes the penetration of strangers into the territory.

Taking care of the safety and comfort of apartment buyers, the project creators excluded the possibility of car access inside the block. Therefore, all internal courtyard areas are completely allocated for beautiful, well-maintained and absolutely safe walking and play areas.

The 4-meter art object “Moon”, created by the well-known artist Leonid Tishkov, has become the symbol of the project.

Residential complex "Heart of the Capital" plans and current state

All 9 buildings of the Serdtse Stolits complex are residential. But their first floors are allocated for commercial premises. Therefore, the complex promises to become absolutely self-sufficient. The windows of the apartments will offer views of the Moskva River and a green park. The project is divided into 3 stages. At the same time, the buildings of the first stage, located directly on the Shelepikhinskaya embankment, have already been commissioned, as have 2 more buildings. In total, 6 buildings have already been commissioned, and the rest are planned to be completed in the 4th quarter of 2021 and the 4th quarter of 2023.

In "Serdtse Stolitsy" you can buy apartments of different sizes from 32 to 140 sq. m, both with rough repairs and fully finished finishing, made using premium materials with the installation of designer kitchens Snaidero and built-in household appliances of the Bosh brand. Buyers can choose from compact apartments, 1-4 room apartments with a variety of layouts for people of different family status and lifestyles.

Residents of Serdtse Stolits have access to a 24-hour concierge service, as well as the ability to call an electrician, plumber or other specialist. Within walking distance from the complex are:

There will be a football field, a stadium, a skate park and a climbing wall, a children's town, a dog walking area, bicycle paths, a tennis court, recreation areas, picnic areas and more. The entire adjacent territory is cleaned daily, and in winter, snow is additionally removed regularly.

The residential complex "Heart of the Capital" has good transport accessibility, since some of the largest capital highways are located nearby: Third Transport Ring, Khoroshevskoye Shosse, Kutuzovsky Prospekt, Zvenigorodskoye Shosse. In addition, there are plans to create a direct exit to both Moscow-City and Novy Arbat from the combined Krasnopresnenskaya and Shelepikhinskaya embankments. At the same time, the creation of a pedestrian embankment will give those who live in "Heart of the Capital" but work in Moscow-City the opportunity to quickly, easily and without traffic jams get to their workplace on foot.

In addition, the complex will have its own underground parking with a ceiling height of 2.4 m. It will be equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles. There will also be a tire shop, car washes and other necessary maintenance points.

Half a kilometer from the "Heart of the Capital" quarter, i.e. about a 7-minute walk, is the Shelepikha metro and MCD station, not to mention the presence of the Delovoy Tsentr and Vystavochnaya stations directly in Moscow-City. You can also easily walk from here to the Fili and Polezhaevskaya stations. And as part of the development of urban public transport, a river tram will soon be created, which will definitely make a stop at the "Heart of the Capital".
