Famous

The new residential complex, Famous, is being built in western Moscow in the dynamically regenerating Fili City district, part of the large-scale Big City project to redevelop former industrial areas along the Moskva River. The 58-story tower will become a visual landmark in the district: its sculptural silhouette is formed by the cascading shifts of its upper tiers, while the all-glass façade with its Schüco stained-glass system creates a crystalline effect, reflecting the city lights and the river. Its location near the Fili and Bagrationovskaya metro stations, the Third Ring Road, and Kutuzovsky Prospekt provides quick connections to the city center and the Moscow City business cluster, while panoramic windows offer views of western Moscow, including Pobeda and Filevsky Parks, creating a sense of living in the heart of a modern metropolis.

Developer reliability

MR Group is one of Russia's largest and most reliable developers. The company has been operating since 2003 and has commissioned dozens of residential complexes totaling over 9.5 million square meters. MR Group regularly receives industry awards (e.g., Developer of the Year) and is consistently ranked among the top three Moscow developers by Forbes and RBC. A key principle of MR Group is social responsibility: its projects include not only residential buildings but also social infrastructure facilities (kindergartens, schools, clinics, etc.).

Location and transport accessibility

The complex is located in the Fili Park district (Western Administrative Okrug) on a plot with a separate, gated community. Fili metro station is about a 3-minute walk away, and Bagrationovskaya metro station is 5-7 minutes away. Victory Park, with its memorial and sports fields, is a 10-15-minute walk away. Driving to Kutuzovsky Prospekt and the Third Transport Ring takes 5-7 minutes, providing convenient access to the city center and the Moscow-City business cluster.

Architecture and design

The architectural design for the Famous skyscraper was developed by the international firm ADM. The concept is based on the idea of a "dynamic crystal": the monolithic 58-story core is divided into six imaginary volumes, each shifted and rotated relative to the previous one. Thanks to these cascading shifts, the tower "unwinds" and simultaneously expands upward, creating a sculptural silhouette that simultaneously reduces wind loads and creates private outdoor terraces for the penthouses.

The façade is constructed of modular panels from the German Schüco system with triple-glazed energy-saving glass and a selective coating. During the day, the glazing reflects up to 65% of solar heat, and in the evening, thanks to internal lighting, it transforms the tower into a beacon of light. On the lower two floors, the glass is broken by vertical "prisms," scaling the building to a human scale and creating a living "scale" effect—the façade appears to oscillate as the viewer changes. Factory-assembled modules allowed for installation ahead of schedule, and external fastenings enhance the apartments' sound and thermal insulation.

The interiors of the public areas—from the Grand Lobby to the elevator lobbies and galleries—are being designed by A++ in collaboration with couturier Elie Saab. The eight-meter lobby is adorned with marble portals with brass inlay, mirrored ceilings, and custom art installations. It will feature a library with a fireplace, a soft lounge area, and a coffee bar, while the Business Lounge will feature private meeting capsules and high-speed Wi-Fi for residents. Elie Saab Maison furniture, brass fittings, natural travertine, and dark walnut veneer set the aesthetic tone of "luxurious minimalism."

On standard floors, concealed 2.4-meter-high doors create a flat wall plane, while aluminum frames with tilt-and-turn transoms provide natural ventilation. Apartment layouts are based on the "pure volume" principle: there are virtually no load-bearing walls, allowing owners to freely zone the space, combining the kitchen, dining room, and living room into a panoramic public area with views of Moscow City, Poklonnaya Hill, and the Moscow River bend.

Engineering and technology. The tower is connected to a centralized BMS system: residents can use the MR Home app to control the climate control, lighting, and heat-recovery ventilation, call the elevator, reserve a meeting room, or order concierge services. The KONE elevator system with the Group Control algorithm delivers elevator cabins in 20–25 seconds, even during peak loads. The underground parking garage is equipped with electric vehicle docking stations, a license plate recognition system, and CO sensors, and all public spaces are equipped with automatic ozone degassing.

The combination of a distinctive silhouette, high-tech glazing, and signature interiors makes Famous a striking landmark in the Big City and sets a new standard for premium housing, aligning with the area's renovation concept to create a modern and comfortable urban environment.

Apartment layouts and types

"Famous" has designed apartments of various formats:

• Studios and 1-room apartments (approximately 38–57 m²).
  

• 2-3-room apartments (from 58 m²) with separate bedrooms and a combined kitchen-living room.
  

• Penthouses are two-level apartments on the upper floors with terraces and panoramic views.
  
  

The open-plan layout separates the private (bedrooms) and public (kitchen/living room) areas, and features master bedrooms with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms. High ceilings (~3.1 m) and large windows create a feeling of spaciousness and light.

Infrastructure

The complex will feature comprehensive amenities and services:

• The Scarlet Garden courtyard park with a fountain and pedestrian paths.
  

• Children's and sports playgrounds of European standard.
  

• Cafes, restaurants and a supermarket on the ground floors of residential buildings.
  

• Lounge area and fitness - a common living room for residents with upholstered furniture, a café-bar, a spa center with a swimming pool (25 m), a sauna and a modern gym.
  

• Security - the courtyard area will be fenced and guarded 24 hours a day.

The Filevsky Park district is a leafy suburban neighborhood in Moscow.
