Architectural design of a residential complex

The RAKURS residential complex is characterized by a distinctive architectural concept embodied in three towers, 18, 26, and 44 stories high. Each tower is an architectural masterpiece with a unique silhouette, designed not only to enhance the cityscape but also to create a unique atmosphere for residents. The project's originality is emphasized by the unconventional shapes of the buildings, each distinguished by its own charismatic structure with ledges and cantilevers, providing aesthetic expression and a contemporary look.

• Connecting Towers and Individual Facades. The complex's three towers are connected by mid-rise buildings, each with its own distinct façade. These connecting elements are designed to harmoniously complement the towers' visual design, while also adding their own unique character to the overall architectural composition. The diversity of façade shapes and materials enhances the complex's visual appeal, making its appearance memorable and diverse.

• Panoramic glazing and lighting. One of the key architectural features is the towers' panoramic glazing, which not only adds a light and airy feel to the buildings but also maximizes daylight penetration into the apartments. This provides residents with excellent natural lighting throughout the day and offers picturesque views of the city center and the Moscow City business district.

• Functionality and a unique image. When designing the complex, the architects emphasized the functionality of every building element. The towers' unique shapes provide not only visual appeal but also functional benefits, such as optimized apartment space and terraces and balconies with stunning views. • Collaboration with the SPICH architectural bureau. The RAKURS project was developed by the renowned SPICH architectural bureau, renowned for its landmark residential and cultural projects. SPICH is responsible for such projects as the Zotov Center, the new Tretyakov Gallery building, and warehouses in Nizhny Novgorod. Collaboration with this bureau allowed us to bring the RAKURS concept to life with meticulous attention to detail and an original approach. Trusting experts with such extensive experience and creative vision ensured that every element of the complex would be not only functional but also visually appealing, emphasizing the unique spirit and character of RAKURS.

• Engineering systems. Heating, electrical, water supply, and sewerage are fully installed.

• This option is ideal for those who want to control the final design of the interior according to their own taste.

Unfinished. Unfinished apartments offer maximum freedom to personalize the space:

• Basic structures. Load-bearing walls between apartments are present, but there are no interior partitions or electrical wiring, allowing buyers to fully customize the layout.

• Windows and doors. The windows are glazed and the entrance door is installed.
