The "Richard" residential complex is located in the Khoroshevsky District (Northern Administrative Okrug of Moscow), at 9 Zorge Street, Bldg. 1. The architect's signature architectural style is evident in the unconventional solutions: the buildings feature a stepped shape, jagged façade lines, and multi-level sections, adding dynamism and volume to the exterior. A special highlight is the striking golden arched portal at the central entrance—the complex's signature feature. This element, along with a large art installation in the courtyard, underscores the premium status of the new building. The exterior color scheme is refined, harmonizing with the surrounding historic buildings, while panoramic windows on the upper floors enhance the complex's contemporary character.

The interior spaces of the buildings are also finished to a high standard.
