The complex was built by the FSK Group of Companies, one of Russia's largest developers. Location and transport accessibility
The "Richard" residential complex is located in the Khoroshevsky District (Northern Administrative Okrug of Moscow), at 9 Zorge Street, Bldg. 1. This is a well-developed area of the capital, close to the Moscow-City business center and the city center. The location offers excellent transport access: two Moscow Central Circle (MCC) stations, Zorge and Khoroshevo, are a 10-minute walk away, and the Polezhaevskaya metro station is just a 15-minute walk away. "Richard" consists of two monolithic buildings of varying heights (7–27 stories), custom-designed by the Atrium architectural firm. The buildings' exteriors capture attention with their blend of modern forms and classic materials. The warm-toned brick façades contrast with the glazed surfaces, creating a distinctive silhouette. The architect's signature architectural style is evident in the unconventional solutions: the buildings feature a stepped shape, jagged façade lines, and multi-level sections, adding dynamism and volume to the exterior. A special highlight is the striking golden arched portal at the central entrance—the complex's signature feature. This element, along with a large art installation in the courtyard, underscores the premium status of the new building. The exterior color scheme is refined, harmonizing with the surrounding historic buildings, while panoramic windows on the upper floors enhance the complex's contemporary character.
The interior spaces of the buildings are also finished to a high standard. Spacious, executive-class lobbies are designed with high-quality finishing materials, guest waiting areas, and a reception area—all of this creates the atmosphere of a luxury residence. Modern access and video surveillance systems ensure security and comfort. The surrounding areas are landscaped and private, with lighting and hardscape elements installed along the perimeter.
