Description

The Veresk residential complex is a new business-class project in one of Moscow's greenest neighborhoods. It comprises two modern residential buildings of varying heights (up to 21 stories) and a small number of townhouses, creating a cozy space with an enclosed courtyard park. The complex is attractively located, with large park areas nearby and several metro stations within walking distance. Veresk offers a comfortable living environment, with recreation areas, children's and sports playgrounds, underground parking, and even an on-site kindergarten. The project's developer, Samolet Group, a major national company, guarantees thoughtful apartment layouts, high-quality construction, and well-developed infrastructure.

About the developer

The developer of the Veresk project is the Samolet Group of Companies, a major national developer operating since 2012. The company has completed dozens of residential complexes and consistently ranks among the leaders in the Russian residential real estate market, a testament to its reliability. Samolet Group is known for its integrated approach: while constructing new neighborhoods, it simultaneously develops social and commercial infrastructure, opening kindergartens, schools, stores, and sports facilities. The developer's reliability is confirmed by the scale of construction and the high level of customer confidence. The Veresk residential complex continues the company's best traditions, offering modern, high-quality business-class housing and a comfortable living environment.

Location and transport accessibility

The Veresk residential complex is located in the prestigious Khoroshevo-Mnevniki district in northwest Moscow. This area boasts a favorable environment thanks to its proximity to the Serebryany Bor natural forest area and the Birch Grove Park. Residents can enjoy the natural surroundings at any time: a large forest area with beaches and walking trails is just a few minutes' drive away, and the nearest green park is within walking distance.

The area has excellent transportation access. The Zorge Moscow Central Circle station is about a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest metro station, Oktyabrskoye Pole, is about 15 minutes away. Several new Big Circle Line stations (Narodnoye Opolchenie and Karamyshevskaya) are also nearby. By car, you can reach the Third Ring Road in about 10 minutes, and the Garden Ring in 17 minutes. Thanks to its proximity to major highways, Veresk residents will have easy access to both Moscow's business center (such as the Moscow-City district) and other parts of the city.

Architecture and design

The architectural concept of the Veresk residential complex meets business-class standards while blending harmoniously with the surrounding development. The complex consists of two monolithic buildings, each up to 20–21 stories tall, connected by a shared stylobate and forming an enclosed courtyard. Additionally, low-rise sections are planned – seven three-story townhouses with individual entrances and terraces. The buildings' contemporary appearance combines clean lines and a refined palette of materials: the facades are clad in a combination of dark brick and light-colored curtain wall slabs, creating an elegant contrast. Architectural lighting is installed on the facades, highlighting the silhouette of the buildings at night.

The entrance areas feature panoramic glass and elevated ceilings, giving the lobbies a spacious and bright feel. The common areas are designed using natural materials, lending a prestigious air. The Veresk complex is fenced and under 24-hour video surveillance; residents benefit from an access control system and concierge services. A private lounge area for residents only will be located on the rooftop of one of the buildings, offering relaxation and views of the city and adjacent forest park. The complex's architecture and design combine aesthetics and functionality: tall towers provide panoramic views and spaciousness, while thoughtful details create comfort, privacy, and security for residents.

Apartment layouts and types

The Veresk residential complex offers a wide range of housing options, from compact studios of approximately 25-30 square meters to spacious four-bedroom apartments of over 120 square meters. High ceilings (approximately 3.1 meters) and large windows make the rooms bright and create a feeling of additional space. The layouts feature modern amenities, including kitchen-living rooms, master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and space for walk-in closets and laundry rooms. Larger apartments feature two or more bathrooms.

Veresk also offers rare market formats. There are two-level apartments with internal staircases, options with private outdoor terraces or patios, and some lots even feature real wood-burning fireplaces. These unique options underscore the project's high status. In addition, seven townhouses are available – two-story city homes with private entrances and terraces – for those who prefer the feel of a private home within the city. All apartments are delivered unfinished or white-boxed, at the client's discretion.

Infrastructure

  • Commercial space on the ground floors of the buildings will house grocery stores offering daily necessities, cozy cafes, pharmacies, and other services, allowing customers to take care of most everyday needs without leaving the complex.

  • A private kindergarten is part of the project. Designed for children from Veresk residents, the facility is located directly on the grounds, saving parents time and ensuring a safe transition from home to kindergarten.

  • The courtyard, completely free of traffic, is designed as a green park. The landscaping project includes wide walking paths, thoughtful landscaping, and cozy seating areas with benches and decorative elements, creating the atmosphere of a true urban park.

  • Modern children's and sports playgrounds. Play equipment for different ages will be installed on a safe, shock-absorbing surface, along with outdoor exercise equipment nearby, so adults can exercise in the fresh air without leaving the landscaped courtyard.

  • Spacious underground parking accommodates approximately 408 cars. Elevators descend directly to the parking level, ensuring comfortable boarding in any weather; guests have access to private parking spaces around the complex's perimeter.

  • Storage rooms for seasonal and bulky items. They are located underground, freeing up living space in apartments and significantly simplifying the storage of skis, bicycles, or winter tires.

  • A comprehensive security system. The grounds are fenced, the entrances are equipped with intercoms and an access control system; 24/7 video surveillance covers the entrances, courtyard, and parking lot, and modern security systems are integrated into the building's infrastructure.

  • Concierge service is available in the spacious designer lobbies of each building. Reception staff are ready to assist residents with everyday needs, accept deliveries, or call for service, making everyday life more convenient.

  • Veresk's internal infrastructure is complemented by the amenities of the developed surrounding area. Schools, clinics, large chain supermarkets, and sports facilities are located nearby, ensuring residents enjoy comfort both inside and outside the building.

About the area

Khoroshevo-Mnevniki is a dynamically developing district of Moscow, renowned for its proximity to nature and all the amenities of urban life. A significant portion of the area is occupied by the Mnevnikovskaya Poima Natural and Historical Park and the Serebryany Bor forest park, allowing local residents to relax in nature, stroll along forest trails, or picnic on the beaches of the Moskva River. The district boasts some of the best environmental indicators in the city—the abundance of greenery contributes to clean air and a comfortable microclimate.

At the same time, Khoroshevo-Mnevniki is a developed urban district with a fully-fledged infrastructure. It boasts dozens of kindergartens and schools (including highly rated ones), clinics, shops, large supermarkets, sports centers, and fitness clubs. For more extensive shopping and entertainment, the large shopping and entertainment centers "Aviapark" or "Khorosho!" in neighboring districts are a 10-15-minute drive away. Major sports venues, such as the CSKA Moscow complex and the Megasport ice rink, are also nearby. The transportation network in the northwest of the capital is actively developing: major highways intersect the district, new metro and Moscow Central Circle stations have opened, and numerous ground transportation routes operate.

In recent years, Khoroshevo-Mnevniki has been undergoing a rapid transformation: former industrial zones are being converted into modern residential neighborhoods, embankments are being landscaped, and new public spaces are being created. At the same time, the area preserves its natural heritage—green areas are protected. Thus, Khoroshevo-Mnevniki combines the advantages of a metropolis (developed infrastructure, convenient transportation) with a tranquil, eco-friendly atmosphere thanks to its proximity to forest parks and water.
